Ja echt weer enorm van gesmuld. In één dag uitgelezen want zat er echt weer helemaal in. De boel wordt lekker opgespiced met een nieuwe exciting dynamiek en ben ook weer erg fan van deze love story. Ik gun de andere meiden ook wel wat sensa tho. Zach die op een zeker moment een “really bad” woord zegt in het Farsi, dat pakte mij, vond ik hot. Verder sluit ik mij aan bij de review van Fleur en Robin.

LOVED IT! Ik heb zo gegiecheld om de interacties tussen Cammie en Zach, wat een cuties (maar babes leer communiceren aub). De schrijfstijl blijft zoooo repetitief waarbij elke zoveel zinnen herhaald wordt dat Cammie geen ~regular girl~ is maar een ~spy girl~, maar dat weglatende is het wel smikkelen en smullen. Ik vind Macey nu heel leuk en hoop dat Liz en Bex in de komende boeken iets meer persoonlijkheid krijgen. Ik hoop echt dat Zachy vaak terugkomt maar ook dat de andere meiden eens wat meer te doen krijgen wat Cammie heeft wel heel erg main character syndrome volgens mij.

I was pleasantly surprised. I really enjoyed the first book, and although it's not a literary wonder, I never expected it to be and therefore found it thoroughly entertaining and fun.

This series is such good fun!!! Highly recommended for readers who want mystery, adventure, friendships (and a smidge of romance!). It's hard work to stop myself from reading all of these at once!

a good second book. love that cammie is out here living her dramatic life. love that she is sneaky and conspiratorial. and i love her friends of enabling her. a gr8 second novel, one that made me remember why i loved these books in the first place. i loved how contained the plot was. i think ally shines best in the series when the books have a clean beginning to end.
i find zac to be frustrating. i remember feeling this way when i first read it, and hoped my feelings would change as an adult. but alas, it did not. i think at times, his attraction to cammie came out of no where. he spends so much of the book being hot and cold to her.
