Cute series. I started it when I was younger but had only read the first book, I wanted to read the rest and just finally got to it. It was less engaging now that I've gotten older, but it is still a cute/interesting story.
I thought that this book was a lot better than the first book. There was just so ,icy ,ore detail and I could actually picture myself in the classrooms with everybody there.
I like Zach and Cammie a lot better than josh and Cammie. I really hope that Zach comes back in the third book.
The beginning with the first code black made me think that something was up, not that it was a test.

Cammie's saga continues in this sequel. Cammie and her friends realize that her mother and Mr. Solomon are hiding something, something under the code-name "Blackthorn". Only after a practical CoveOps exercise, Cammie realizes that Blackthorn is a Boys' spy school... and they may be better than the Gallagher Girls. Cammie becomes close to one, Zach, but she can't tell if it's the real Zach she is close to, or just one of his legends (covers, fake identities). However, Cammie has no choice but to trust him when the best-kept secret of the Academy is threatened and the Gallagher Girls and the Blackthorn Boys have to work together to save the school.

This was better than the first book. I really liked that there was more missions and less romance. I still think that the MC is okay. She does not make the right decisions at times, which makes me feel irritated. The ending won me over. Can't wait for book 3. Overall, a good sequel to the series.

The first two Gallagher Girl books came out when I was in high school and they are the definition of nostalgia for me. GG2 was my comfort read. I have no clue how many times I’ve read it, but I can verify that it was A LOT. And I still love this book. It is still my fave in the series (even though the latter books are technically better).
Many years ago I had the chance to go to D.C. and I carried this book in my purse all day just to read the Ruby Slipper scene AT the Ruby Slipper exhibit. It was magical.

I thought that this book was a nice edition to this series! It was a quick read as well.
I feel these books go by very quickly. The story is pretty fast and easy to read. It is interesting though. I have enjoyed both books in this series so far. They are really good to read if you need something easy and fun to read. I would recommend this book and this series. I give this book 4 out of 5 stars.

Cammie is back, wiser on the subject of boys, or so she thinks, until she meets Zach. This book is action packed with spy lingo, adventure and there is still time to obsess over boys!
This is my favourite in the series so far. Zach is swoon worthy and very cool. One of my favourite quotes from the series happens in this book; "A pair of freshman rushed by our door talking about who would make a better Gallagher Girl: Buffy the Vampire Slayer or Veronica Mars". It just sums it up perfectly for me. Yeah they go to a school for spys and learn loads of top secret stuff, but at the end of the day they are still school girls.
There is a perfect mix of humour, adventure and innocent, sweet, young love. It will always be one of my favourite books!
