Cute story but nothing really special happened. Her story is kind of about self discovery but it’s pretty basic overall.

“I already told you to stop reading me."
"I can read you because I know you better."
"In your dreams."
"Yes, you've been there, too."
I backhanded him across the stomach, but couldn't help but smile.”

This book was the perfect medicine for me. All of the cute, sweet, yet heartfelt moments really helped bring some sunshine in my life when it's been a bit lacking.

The characters were really well done, especially all of their relationships with each other. In particular, I really liked the bonds Charlie had with her brothers. The romance was just beyond adorable, but that's never a surprise when it comes to Kasie West's novels.

A v případě Kasie Westové dostanu vždycky to, co aktuálně potřebuji.

Slow at beginning rushed in end but quick and cute.

My second book by Kasie West and I have to say it wasn't quite what I was expecting based on the other one. I'm not meaning to compare but I was hoping to go in this as a super cutesy quick read and ended coming out with some serious feels.

I did however enjoy this book as it is. I liked that the romance part really wasn't the main focus at ALL. I loved how we were able to work with Charlie and over come all her problems and face what happened in her past. Braden was adorable and so supportive.

I didn't relate as much to Charlie as I am not a sports or active person AT ALL but I still did enjoy this story and how she was able to realize that you don't have to be either or! with a tidbit of romance thrown in there.
