DID NOT FINISH

Reading too many books. Will return to this.

Great for people who're wondering why they don't "fit in" in their lives, like me 🙃

This book was incredibly eye-opening and validating. I think more neurotypical people need to read it, as well as anyone concerned about not being “normal.”

This book was easy to read and kept me interested. Positive and hopeful, this book is about me.

What an eye-opening read! Not only for myself, but for my children as well. This covers everything on the spectrum from HSP to SPD to ADHD + autism. So helpful!

I did not expect to love this book as much as I did. I love the extent that the author dove into the history of psychology, terminology and research. I loved the way neurodivergence is made to be seen as a difference instead of a deficit. This is a one of those "must reads" for anyone who thinks they may be anything other than neurotypical.

Too chaotic, too generalizing. 2.5/5.
