I haven’t read anything about Eberron, but the characters in this story were just uninteresting to me. The art was beautiful, but the whole story felt rushed.

2.5? Feels very pointless and doesn't take advantage of the setting of Eberron other than make a murder-on-a-train whodunnit, but even that isn't particularly well constructed. Torin's a pretty great character, though.
