These books are torturous! I’m giving them 5 stars because they were such an adrenaline rush and I was more annoyed than usual when life kept getting in the way of reading them. Can’t wait for the 3rd book.. and seriously hoping for some dragon action!

i am mad. i also had 181 notes so prepare for the long review 😔 (i apologise in advance) 

first of all, i’m going to explain to you the man options tessa has and why i am mad
- first we have the main love interest theon, basically a big red flag who locked her in a wine cellar despite her trauma but.. lowkey? tessa pisses me off so atp i don’t even care
- then we have luka - theon’s best friend and yes THEY GREW UP TOGETHER. honestly he is the better option, but why are you going for your friends girl? this is hoes before bros activity.

so they’re like a thruple now and i am disgusted so pray for me.

but back to my shayla’s who are axel and kat. I LOVE THEM. they’re literally the reason i got through those 600 pages. 

at the end, dare i say tessa ate, she clocked theon hard so props to her ig.
