An interesting, if heady, read. I rate it 2 stars only because I don't know that I'd recommend it, nor do I feel any desire to reread it in the future. Interesting discussions of language, and cool parallelism to the topics being discussed like Don Quixote, Paradise Lost, Humpty Dumpty, etc. Still, though, a little too in its own head.

A great rendition of the narrative work, which is my favorite book.
I read all of this graphic novel at once ; the universe swallowed me whole as soon as I laid my eyes on the first page. But that’s all I ever asked of books.

Amazing. I had to sit quietly for awhile after I finished this. If you choose to read it I recommend you do it all in one sitting.

Weird little existential puzzle. Very intriguing, but feels like there are rhetorical gaps that would be filled in by the original novel.

I'm at a loss for how to describe this books and its story, which is why I felt the need to create a "weird" tag. It's part mystery, part visual experiment, part playing with language...it's not a straightforward anything. But it is a book you will want to read several times to catch all the subtleties in the art and language.
