I always love discovering new-to-me authors and Teri Riggs is no exception. What drew me to this book was the Female Lead. She's a strong agent who is loyal and full of spirit.

The male lead, her ex, is just as strong willed as she is, also very loyal.

I think this is the first book I've read with such a strong female lead who worked for a government agency and I want to read more kickin' butt type women like her.

Yes, it's also sexy in parts but that does not take away from the story, the intrigue or the action. It adds a little to the entire storyline.

I was entertained thoroughly by the book and hope if the characters talk to the Author that there are many more adventures for the Resolutions squad.

Thank you to the author. More than she will ever know.

I thoroughly enjoyed this story. The author puts so much detail into your surroundings, into feelings & emotions that she zips you away quite easily. There was a bit of slowness for me, kind of repetitive so not a perfect score.

I received this book for review from the author. I was not compensated nor was I required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own.

There is violence that will make you cringe. But in order to tell the story properly it needs to be there - you just may want to read on an empty stomach. I’m a person that doesn’t handle pain well, mine or anyone else’s, so be warned that the scenes are graphic.

One great thing about this book is that the action is non-stop. You think things are going to start to turn around for Mac and Eve – you would be wrong. But then I have to question – would you continue to read if it did? Our author does a great job of describing her scenes that it feels as if you are right there.

This is a high-energy story that you will not want to put down, violence and all. If you’re someone that doesn’t handle explicit scenes very well, just try reading it during the day. The action, suspense, and even the romance are well worth it. Violence goes on all over the world so Teri isn’t adding anything that probably doesn’t exist somewhere. I hope you will add this to your shelf.

I LOVED the chemistry between Mac and Eve. No matter what they're going through, the sex is super charged. Even so, they broke up two years ago. Eve wants to be treated as an equal. An agent with skills and can handle the job she's sent in to do. Mac has a hard time seeing her that way and always wanted her to quit her job because it was too dangerous. She's a DEA agent and Mac works for Resolutions, a private black ops agency. It isn't until they have to work together that he starts to see her as the truly capable agent that she is. Will it be too late to admit that he was wrong?

Fantastic action packed story! Not a dull moment in the book. I can't wait to read more from this amazing author.
