Obsessed. I flew through this audio. I totally called Aeri being Joon's daughter but the fact that HE orchestrated it all to get them to "audition" so they could steal the ring from Quilimar? Wild.

All the little secrets too - Euyn not really being the previous king's son, Mikail planning to lead his homeland in revolution - totally surprising.

I cannot wait for the next book. I love these horny little criminals.

The book sucked me in right away from the start. I really enjoyed all of the perspectives the book is written from; Corland masterfully wove the different points of view together to build tension. Excited to read the next in the series!

I had no idea what to expect when I picked this up. The only reasons I did were 1) Beautiful cover and art (I know, I know, so shallow of me) and 2) I had never heard of Mai Corland and I wanted to read Korean-inspired fantasy. So there you have it.
