Second book from this author and I loved it so much! I listened to it in just a few hours. I wish I had savored it more. I loved Lane & Matt’s story! I loved the schoolie aspect. The friendships. Just. All of it.

There is some really good rep of people and life situations and disabilities and mental health conditions. In this book, she has agoraphobia OCD and I really liked how that showed up on the page. I also LOVED that they learned ASL for Warrens little brother.
If you daydream about buying a bus and escaping real life, here you go! This is a Bus/van life and conversion centered romance. There is a road trip, falling in love with herself, figuring out what she wants, and choosing Matt. Found family, reconciling with blood family, working through trauma and plenty of sweet and spicy moments throughout!! I felt it when she said, 'i am trying to figure out what life is going to look like' Overall, this is cozy and real life adjacent and deals with real life stuff. And DAMN Matt is a GEM. GAHHHHH

such a sweet story :(
This book was so relatable and so real… the characters were so well written and it didn’t feel fake… loved lane and Matt so much and they are so cute together. Love the found family and how they are there for each other. And Matt’s family was so loving and I’m so happy how lane’s family fixed their issues and are happy now
