Good writing for the most part. Unnecessary additions at the end and climax was abrupt/unrealistic. Very spicy.

As a girl having her own mid-twenties crisis, I needed this book. Hannah's talent for realistic characters you can believe in never fails

the bench for her dad?! I bawled like a freaking baby 😭😭😭

First half pick me, second half was actually quiet cute

I'm not gonna lie, it was the schoolie bus conversion that got me to read this book...
Overall it was alright, but I didn't feel super connected to the characters or their relationship. I'm not into friends with benefits when it's clear to both people that they want more - it's just not very interesting.
The writing was good, but I do wish the bus conversion was more of a plot point, it was over before it started really. I did appreciate reading about Lane's relationship with her sister, and their healing journey.
