Been a while since I've read Sophocles and I certainly have missed it. He was my first Ancient Greek and the Theban Plays gave me a love of Classical Literature that I clearly still have to this day. I haven't read much about Ajax before but I have so much empathy and compassion for him. Only Sophocles could make me like Odysseus. Really great tragic play. Agamemnon and Menelaus continue to be the biggest dicks in literature.
Onestamente preferisco di più la tragedia eschilea che quella di Sofocle. Mi riesce molto difficile connettermi con questa Elettra, anzi non ci riesco proprio.
