“Har-Loh, I will wait forever for you if I must. Time does not matter as long as we are together.”
This series is definitely getting better and better. I know how Harlow and Rukh first meeting was a little controversial, however, they are so adorable together and I loved how the author really built their relationship up and I love that it didn’t feel so rushed and in your face but had a nice burn to it. I really love how protective Rukh got over Harlow and I really enjoyed the little side story we got with him about his family.
I really am loving the way this series is going and I really hope that the stories start to get better and better because they have just been getting better so far!

I enjoyed Harlow's story and the twist with Rukh. I thought it might be what I thought it was. I didn't know I was going to like the Ice Planet Series so much, but I do! No shame. Onward to the next book.
3.25⭐️ definitely my least favorite so far and felt like it moved in a direction plot-wise that makes me a lil nervous for the rest of the series
i also just felt way less connected to this couple probably bc of the pacing issues

Harlow and Rukh make a surprisingly cute couple. This is a fun read, and it’s cool to see other areas of the Ice Planet.
I didn't read the first two books before this one, so the first chapters felt like there were pieces missing to it. But it was enjoyable. I definitely like the whole caveman vibe from the MMC.

“You can go down on me tomorrow or something, when I’m less tired.” Great, now I’m passing up oral sex in exchange for brushing a man’s hair? I must be tired. Or insane. Something.
Heck yeah, we got a proper barbarian y’all!
I thought this one was super cute—very Tarzan and Jane esque, and I’m happy that we got to expand a little on the world, too.
The one thing I will say is that I wasn’t a huge fan of the time jump. We go from Rukh barely being able to string together a three word sentence to Harlow heavily pregnant and him speaking super fluently. It was a little jarring and took me out of it for a hot minute, but still a solid addition to the series.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.5/5 stars
I love the caveman/barbarian who can't speak trope and this book NAILED IT. I think this is my #1 favorite couple in the series so far.

Cute! Vektal pissed me off again for a little bit but then he pulled it together. Idk why but I do not like him at all when I can’t see inside his head haha. LOVE Harlow and her alien. Do not know why I can’t remember any of their names once I’m done reading, nonetheless spell them haha.
Their story is unique and a fun broadening of the story and the world.

Harlow was just trying to save Aehako and Haeden from what she thought was a certain death when Rukh came up behind her, clobbered her on the head, and stole her away as his. Rukh is the most barbarian out of all of them, and has been living on his own out in the wilds since his father died when he was just a kit. Even though Harlow had the language dump from the ancestor's ship, Rukh and her still had a hard time communicating in any language since it had been so long since Rukh had spoke to anyone.
I enjoyed this book, but it wasn't one of my favorites. While I liked Harlow and Rukh together, there was a big time jump about halfway through the book. I wish we could have had a few more scenes of the "early days" before Harlow gets pregnant. In this book we finally have a baby born after the girls have been pregnant for what seems like ages. Thankfully it wasn't the full 3 years like what was originally thought, but a little over a full year. Seeing the big blue aliens get all touchy feely with their kits was so heart warming and cute. I can't wait to read the rest and hopefully catch glimpses of the kids growing up!
