Very well presented, a nice intro to Stoicism.

Some of the ideas might be difficult to digest if you are new to field.

Examples include mindfulness.

But in general it will give you a good overview of Stoicism, very much recommended.

Very disjointed, needed a good proof read. Like the idea of a mini book of Stoicism, but if you are looking for an impartial take, this is not it.

For a "little book" it did seem to go on and on, re-iterating the same things in different words. I guess it's good as an introduction to Stoicism but it's quite repetitive if you already have some grasp of it.
