It was just okay. It felt like the author had a few action scenes in mind and had to scramble to connect them. The plot was interesting but felt predictable and seemed to justttt miss what it could’ve been.

This was a good interesting read. The FMC was your typical rough and tumble cop trying to prove herself in a field that seems dominated by men. I gave this 4 stars because I feel like I have seen this on criminal minds and I could tell what was going to happen every step of the way. The book was well written and kept my attention, I could feel some possible budding chemistry between the MMC and FMC. I will probably pick up the next book to see what happens.
