Great for PK-K students. Limited words, simple bold illustrations, nice message.

Simple text, great diverse pictures - this one is a sweet book about being friendly to others. It could lead into some great discussions and differences, similarities, and friendliness.

This is a really simple book, but I actually like it a lot. It's all about different ways to say hello, and includes some cute animals and lots of bright colours. A lot of these ways to say hello could be acted out during a storytime (parents hug their kids, whisper in their ears, etc.), although I think I would use it on the first day, so it might not be as interactive. Either way, a good story for really little ones.

Cute, brightly colored illustrations. Went through a bunch of sweet, silly & funny ways to say hello- cutest, waving, high-fives, etc. Didn't excite my kiddo that much but maybe she is too young.
