I really enjoyed this book, it's witty quick and I was transported to the world and village of Geeta. I thoroughly enjoyed it and would love to read more about these women. I wish it was a film too, as it would be so good to see some of the hilarious scenes played out. There's a lot of violence towards women in this book which at times is hard but the contrast with the humour is deftly done.

A group of murdering wives getting revenge on the injustices they face from men will always catch my attention. I didn't love most of the main characters, and found the casual inclusion of so much abuse a little jarring, but overall enjoyed most of this book.
