“That's the kind of person you can get away with killing: someone everybody else wants dead” Karen M McManus 💀

⭐️⭐️⭐️💫 3.5 Stars

I can see why this book is so loved. It’s a lot of fun. Teens will love this book, it’s very Breakfast Club. Really well written and a nice range of characters ✍🏻

I loved the mystery, the first half was really intriguing. But I did feel like I lost interest and wasn’t surprised by the twists. 😮

I honestly enjoyed reading the book, nothing too serious, this might a new genre for me anytime I'm in the mood for a quick read! I did like the change of perspective and the character development, in the beginning I was expecting everything to fall flat, but that didn't happen.

It's a pretty cheesy YA book, but I read it in two days flat whoch I can't say I've done in a very long time so it hooked me I guess!

I didn’t really know anything about this book before I went in, except that it was a murder-y breakfast club situation. That being said, I ended up really liking it! There are a good amount of twists and turns throughout, and I had fun trying to guess what was going to happen next. I thought the entire ending was wild in the best way, gripping, and just bordering on unbelievable without fully crossing that line. I’d recommend to any murder mystery fans!

This one has been on my TBR shelf for literally YEARS, and I'm so glad I finally got around to it because it was a fantastic read. Writing multiple POVs well is a tricky task, but Karen McManus does it brilliantly, and has you really rooting for all four suspects, despite their flaws. Although I guessed the culprit before the reveal, there were still plenty of twists and turns that kept me gripped throughout, and the growth each character went through during their personal journeys was wonderful and heart-warming
