it was a pretty good book, but i saw the ending coming before i barely started it, and thats not an understatement. its still very well written, and a very good book to analyse for essays
Considering this is classed in the young adult genre, and I am not classed in the young adult genre (ha ha ha), I really enjoyed this. It's well written with believable characters. Very easy to read and the story kept me wanting to find out what happened!

So good! One of my favorite series, got me invested in the genre of books ❤️
As with most "thriller" type books, I tend to get disappointed if there isn't a last minute, jaw-dropping twist. This book was lacking that. And I guessed some of the twists. The solution to the mystery was still enough of a surprise that I'd recommend it.
Also I literally couldn't put it down, I went through about 200 pages last night and finished today. Great, quick read. And I absolutely adore Nate. And Cooper. And Addy. And Bronwyn. Basically, these characters are A-1.

The premise sounded so interesting! There was so much potential to play with the narrators point of view, to make the protagonists play with the reader. I expected red herrings and being actually lied to by the narrators- but all they really do is withhold information. Which leaves me disappointed, although I enjoyed reading it a lot. But I kept waiting for a major twist that never came. It was entertaining in a guilty pleasure kind of way, but it could have been so much more.
