Just 10% in and i 's already so addictive. I really hope she doesn't end up with Jonas. There is something about him that I don't like. He has a high tendency to be an asshole to her......
Wow, I just changed teams. This never happened before. But I needed to change it. Rey had become way to dark and malicious for me. He threatened her at every step and never give her pause. And Jonas kind of swooned me when he killed that man right off her... 🙈🫣
Rey just won me over again... I am confused. I don't know for who to cheer. Through at least this way I won't be disappointed either way.
Jonas started having an sinister feel to him. Like he has double personality. He had become more controlling of Silla now. I don't like where this is going.....
I am sure he will betray her.....

I am glad she (kind of) ended up with who she ended. 😌 About the action it was so gripping but, also so uncertain.... She had one single purpose from the beginning of this book and now her propose is non-existent... I loved it anyway. It was the perfect example of "The destination doesn't matter as much as the journey ". ❤️🩹

There is not a single personality to be found amongst any of the characters. No one stands out except for looking like a piece of shit (Jonas and Rey). Silla is insufferable.
Also, maybe don't tout your book as having "Vikings" if you're going to completely whiff on using galdr as a magic system by not understanding what it is, and if you're going to just make up gods and use vaguely Nordic names.
Just... For once I want someone to actually use Norse mythology/themes in a way that makes sense and doesn't have dreadfully boring characters.
