So good!
I was so excited for this release!
I love a good heartfelt omega story. All the sweet and romantic moments mixed in with all the drama. There were a couple of twists I absolutely did not see coming, but I loved watching the pack grow together in this second book.

Loved, loved, loved this book!
I loved the ending to Vera and her packs story!!! This was adorable, sweet and just the perfect OV read. The story wraps up nicely with everything coming back full circle but all of the villains receive their just desserts. My favorite part was the extended epilogue. Not everyone loves them and the authors give you the option to stop at the end of the story since it wraps up well. I've always been a fan of glimpses of the future and I love how they did it. All in all this was just an amazing read!

I really enjoyed the first book in this series and the second book didn’t disappoint! I loved the dynamic and diversity of the characters. The storyline kept me guessing and on my toes the whole way through. We got to see the characters relationships grow with each other as a pack and individually. We saw their dynamic with other characters such as Vera’s friend Becca and her pack as well.
I wasn’t sure if this was a trilogy or a duet going in, and the storyline could have gone either way but I was very happy with the storyline and ending of this novel. There was a plot twist or two that I didn’t see coming and plenty of steam! It was engaging and enthralling the whole way through. I cannot wait to see what this author duo comes up with next!

Let’s start with tropes that I noted from this duet, they include but may not be limited to…
♠️ RH
♥️ Multi POV
♣️ Sweet vibes
♦️ Omegaverse
♠️ MM
♥️ Knotting
♣️ Nesting
♦️ Age gap
♠️ LGBTQI+
I absolutely loved this conclusion to the Vera and the Vegas V duet.
I cried so many happy tears throughout the epilogue, and I really want my own pack now.
Oh wait, I have one, Vera’s dads, I said it before and I’ll say it again, they’re mine.
Mine.
Recommendation:
It’s Omegaverse style is reminiscent of Kathryn Moons Sweetverse, where there are Alpha’s, Beta’s, and the coveted Omega’s, but they’re not shifters, just people with special traits depending on their designation. I really think fans of Sweetverse will enjoy this one.

Eh.
I didn't connect back with the characters, the sexy times, or the story line. It was pretty meh for me.
