This book was corny, cringey, and funny! Kept me laughing and entertained the entire book. FMC’s family is hilarious

Okay, I struggled with the rating on this because it really was a dumpster fire. It was so chaotic, completely unhinged, and truthfully so unrealistic and also kind of cringy sometimes. But it was also so fucking hilarious and well written and I ate this shit up. Like I could’ve read it straight through if I had the time. Y’all don’t need me to go into detail about the details because that’s literally what the synopsis is for and it’s pretty on point so if that sounds good to you, read it. Just be prepared for moments of: super cringe, what the fuck’s, and laughs!

The two main characters are Gracie and Hudson - Gracie is a big pushover, her family are a**holes, her sisters a crazy b*tch and it was like watching a train wreck. It was fascinating and I couldn’t pull away but it was squirmy at the same time. The sex scenes were great but the rest was a bit cringy. Overall I’d recommend it to people who love reality tv

This had me cracking up!!! I literally snorted while listening to this audio book while working out at the gym!

The chemistry between Gracie and Hudson was incredible. The spice was a solid 2.5 (compared to a lot of the other smut I read), but still super good! It fit into the story and wasn't just random smut for smuts sake. Lol.

Gracies family is awful with the exception of Dakota and Grandma Murray. Grandma Murray has to be my absolute favorite. She is a true comedic menace in the best way!

Overall, I loved this book. It was entertaining, hilarious and a great Holiday read! I absolutely recommend it for anyone looking for a funny, smutty, holiday read/listen!

Ummm yikes, this was rough. First off, if you're going to market a book as a romantic comedy maybe don't have the mmc degrading the eff out of our poor fmc in front of her entire famiky. That's not funny that's embarrassing and cruel. I get that she 'hired' him to fake date her but that was brutal.
Second, those sex scenes were just not it, as much as I hate some of the other words used for pussy, I was desperate for one in here because reading lists 5 times in one paragraph was cringey.
Finally, no Christmas book should be 500 pages, that's insane. Especially when this entire story took place over a single month.

Only reason this book isn't getting one star is for grandma Murray, she saved the story.
