5 stars on the accurate (in my opinion) analysis of how most men think and behave
3.5-4 stars on her advice
I love that she focuses on the law of attraction (she doesn’t say it out right but the principals she talks about are aligned to it) and detaching and putting yourself first and knowing your value and being independent and being your own person. and yes, that is the way to keep a man interested - i have seen this work for all the women i know live like that. and her examples about the “nice girl”, who caters to men and gets used and is always treated like trash in the end, is definitely accurate too and ive seen it play out in so many women.
on the other hand, some of her advice definitely plays in to the cool girl troupe, which harms women too. i don’t think a woman should have to do some of the things she mentions for a man (like acting like you need help fixing a tire to feed their ego and having to switch it up in bed).

I am so happy I took the time to sit down and actually read this book because I love it so much. As someone who is usually “a nice girl“ it was nice to figure out where I’ve been going wrong at times, and how to improve myself as well. I now want to buy my own copy because it’s now one of my favs.

Chapter 1= *chefs kiss* be independent, you don't need a man, love yourself first etc etc
Chapter 2= now do all of the above for the sole purpose of getting a man. 'and when he calls you a bitch, you can relax because now you know he finally loves you' what the FUCK absolute bollocks dearie me
