This is the third book in the Sunny Brook Farms series and it was a good one! We follow Talon and Aurora who get married because he can’t become the next CEO without being married. Talon, who does not believe in love, is attracted to Aurora and starts catching feelings. It was hard to tell when their real feelings started to take over because they just seemed to have a connection from the beginning that was genuine.

Talon could not stay away from Aurora for long.I liked when Talon showed up in Aurora’s small town and they were staying there. Even though this arrangement was for him he seemed to try to make Aurora’s life as normal as possible. He is so protective over his wife! Aurora was definitely cautious around him because she didn’t want another heartbreak but she did trust him enough to open up to him. From the beginning of their fake relationship he could tell when something was off with her. I love that he uses her full name or “my wife” because everyone else class her Rory, her nickname. It seems special that he calls her by her full name!

Grab this book, I could not put it down.  I loved Talon and Aurora, he needs a wife, and she needs a plus one to her ex’s wedding.  Their marriage of convenience, as most in this situation, catch feelings.   There is more to their story, but you need to read to find out!  This book is a quick read, because I was into this story deep.  The chemistry and steam, side characters to love, all in a small town setting.

There is more to come, and I can not wait.

Thank you to the Author for the advanced copy; this is my voluntary review.

Thank you to the author for sending me an eARC to read. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

I was excited to read this one, and I was not disappointed! This was my first Renee Harless book, and I’ll definitely be looking into the other books in this series.
Made For You is the third book in the Sunny Brook Farms, and can be read as a standalone. There were references to the first two books, but nothing that had me confused.
I liked the writing style, and I flew through this book. It was easy to follow along with, and I was eager to see how Rory and Talon’s relationship would play out. The chemistry between the two characters was really good, and once their relationship turned physical it became undeniable. I liked that they didn’t play any dumb games and try to deny their attraction or their feelings. They communicated with each other, and I liked seeing a healthy relationship.
I really liked both Rory and Talon’s characters separately as well as together. I thought they balanced each other out well, and there were some sweet and spicy moments. The plot focused mostly on their relationship, but I didn’t find it repetitive or boring. I was entertained the entire time I was reading.

I love Talon & Aurora. So much. I couldn’t put this one down, I was so invested in these two. Talon needs to get married to inherit the family business. Cue his genius idea to pick a girl to get married to for the next six months. Enter Aurora. Talon is the grumpiest grump, yet Aurora seems to bring out a different side in him. He might have proposed six months, but he’s so smitten, and I loved watching him constantly doing things for her. I mean can we talk about the end?! From the beginning, there’s a spark between these two and they’re absolutely fire together. There were a few spots that felt a bit rushed and I would’ve loved to see different things a bit more drawn out, but I loved watching these two fall so hard for each other that I just wanted more of them overall. I’ve been loving the whole Sunny Brook Farms series, and I cannot wait for Aspen!

Another cute small town romance by this author!

Talon and Aurora were so sweet together. I love the marriage of convenience trope—watching them fall in love while they pretend to fake it is everything. Also the “my wife” trope never gets old and Talon did it well. There’s something about a grumpy billionaire with a soft spot just for his girl that gets me everytime!!

I also love a cute meddling grandmother and Talon’s was the best.

If you like a sweet and spicy read with these tropes👇🏼👇🏼then definitely pick this one up!

“Mrs. Beckett, I love and adore you with every single part of me.”

This follows Aurora who is a school teacher in a small town and heads to the city for a teachers conference. After a bad experience at the same hotel last year she is back but getting above and beyond treatment. Little does Aurora know the owner of the hotel has his sights on her but why?

This was a good read. I enjoyed their time together and it felt like a quick, easy good novel. We had some good spice and then some scenes were either open door/fade to black. I will say I struggle with fast-paced books it’s more of a personal thing. I also found some elements unrealistic for example randomly him entering her hotel room. He may be the owner but they only just met the night before and I didn’t feel sparks was just a nice conversation. The second was how did Dean manage to duplicate her key so Talon entered her home without permission. These things didn’t sit right with me personally.
Overall it’s just a good read that I recommend if you want something quick and easy.

I love marriage of convenience stories, especially ones where both parties are strong willed and stand up to each other throughout the marriage. This marriage was quick once they agreed which was new, but other than that, it was a long-distance love story between a billionaire and a teacher.

I loved their connection that was obvious from the moment Aurora and Talon met. They both had respect for each other which I loved! Their chemistry led to some fun spicy scenes as well!

My favorite part was the choice to make the drama external, which is rare for a marriage of convenience romance so I found that to be refreshing and new!

ARC REVIEW

I love the concept of Aurora and Talon’s love. A marriage of convenience and a billionaire romance, plus a small town? Count me in. I do think their love could’ve benefited from a little more interaction at the beginning. One night at the bar and a contract signing over dinner just didn’t feel like enough to some the feelings brewing before things even took off. I was just looking for more chemistry or build. But I love the family, and I look forward to reading each of their stand alone love stories as well! I hope to see Aurora and Talons love flourishing from the sidelines in future books as well!
