After seeing this floating around the internet for years, I finally had the chance to listen to the audiobook and WOW, it did not disappoint.
The fresh take on the characters and beloved tale was enjoyable and exciting.
Emily has such a talent for taking something and making it MORE. The interwoven storylines, plots, and romance were so carefully planned and written and made the pieces falling into place fit so well.

at first I didn't feel their chemistry but as I read more and more I started feeling slightly the tension between them and - kinda - enjoying their moments.
idk, I didn't liked that much both of the characters, especially james.
the plot isn't bad in my opinion, it was nice to read even if I felt something was missing - maybe because I didn't feel both characters - but, overall, I didn't regret reading this.
