Enjoyable. Would have liked to spend more time with the characters as they were getting to know each other/fall in love. Not really a fan of a montage of that stuff. Otherwise okay. I appreciate the message of the book.

This was a cute one!

My first fake dating trope, and I didn’t think I’d like it so much! I resonated with Hannah’s anxious-analytical mindset, overthinking everything she did especially while in “character” as Jack’s girlfriend. I admired her character development and strength throughout the story.

I feel like there were a few good “takeaways” and quotes from the book, but nothing too deep or moving that would linger in my mind, if that makes sense.

Still a solid, cute romance with an interesting twist. 3.5⭐️

Cute story!

This book really shows you that love can happen with anyone. Hannah, the body guard has a huge job to take on when Jack, the actor has a stalker. See their relationship unravel as Hannah has to pretend to be Jack's girlfriend.

Some of the arguments went back and forth a little overly long, and I didn't care for most of the side characters because they only seem to have 1 personality trait each. The main characters were cute though, and I enjoyed the book overall.

I don't usually read romance, but when Shannon tells me to read a book, I read it. Not to mention that everyone I know who's read this book loves it. I thought this was super cute, fun, and refreshing. If you've been thinking of reading this book, you have to give it a try!
