This was a nice ending. It wasn't anything spectacular, but I think it was a good ending for the series. There's still the time jump book, but this is what I think is the ending.
I liked Carmen's story more than anyone else's, which was a nice change from the last book. Bridget felt like she was making the same mistakes (though it was nice to see her interact more with her family). I'm disappointed in Lena's ending. And Tibby's was fine.
Overall, I think nostalgia played a big part in my love for the first two books (which I've read the most), but these later ones really show why I don't usually read YA.

I have mixed feelings about this one. On the one hand, there was just way too much navel gazing going on here. Has it always been this way, and I've just finally had too much after four books? But then, I still want to follow along with their lives and find out what happens. So I guess I wasn't too annoyed with it all.
