Super good second book, I cannot wait to read the third, this one for sure ended on a doozy of a cliffhanger. The plot thickens, the characters get richer, and the world gets a little more topsy turvy. This is insane, this is a good time, this is a must read. I was so hooked and read so fast I felt like I had just started when it ended. I am looking forward to the last book that is for sure.

I love this genre, and I enjoyed the first book- it was totally unexpected and interesting. But, I had a hard time hanging on for the ride in Book 2- it just didn't hook me or hold onto me. I might give it another go, but I ended up moving on to something else.

I was excited about this series, but after this book it fell flat for me. I didn’t feel any connection to the characters and it didn’t have the depth that I crave… especially for a bully romance.

What was that!! What did I just read!! Where can I get more!

This book had me salivating from the very first page. I wanted to know everything, I wanted to figure it all out. Then the ending! The ending that I never saw coming, though I never saw most of it coming, i am in utter shock!

I have so many questions, and I’m so confused in the best way possible. I need to know what happens next.

This book is one that I will come back to again and again. I love LOVE a tv show book, where you feel like your watching an epic episode or movie. These are those books. Let’s see what this mastermind thinks up next.

This one is...better?

I do enjoy the Lovecraft meets Henry James vibe of this book, but the romance falls absolutely flat. The scenes are few and far between, and it seems like Hazel is trying to convince herself to be attracted to these guys. Like, how is this even an RH? It feels like a few “you’re here, and I’m here” hook-ups, and no one’s motivation makes sense.

Everything feels so one-dimensional. Like, even the bullies are just kind of bleh...I just don’t really care if anyone (except maybe Andre) survives the series.

I will say, I feel like I understand the motivations of the guys more, and I love the “Turn of the Screw” feel from the last plot twist.

Uhm.

Ok.

This is...way way WAY different than any bully high school story out there.....in fact it flings right over into paranormal/fantasy more than bullying in this one tbh.

It's more a case of "ok I've started so I'll finish" with this I think now!

There's really not much chemistry between the h and 3 H. The few steamy scenes lack much steam and they're not very detailed or long.

I'd say this is probably aimed more at the higher end of YA- mainly due to the strong language used throughout.

Like I say ....its now more a case of....curious as to how this ends.......
