It was fine. Really wasn’t a fan of the writing but gotta admit it was a quick page turner. I feel like the author was very obviously inspired by Gone Girl but… it’s not done nearly as well.

So good! I love Freida's style of writing where there are two parts with separate POVs and then the third part is a combination and that's where stuff gets wild. Excited to read the next books!

📱
This book was fine. I can see why it's popular, but it's not really for me. I figured out several of the twists early on and I kept reading to see if I was correct. Personally, I thought the book was boring in several places when I think it was supposed to be suspenseful and some level of exciting, and what I assume were supposed to "the big reveals" didn't really phase me since I had it figured out.
