Listened to it on audiobook, which I love when the author reads their own story! Funny, sad, captivating, and an inside look into the life of a childhood star.

I’m glad Jennette’s mom died too.
There’s not a lot I can say about this book that hasn’t already been said. It’s just raw, uncomfortable, and honest.
The audiobook read by the author is, in my opinion, the ideal way to enjoy this memoir because there’s no mistaking what her tone is.
CW: eating disorders & child abuse.

There is so many descriptions of puking in here. That's the TW I needed but didn't get.
Also, it's a lot about eating disorders. And abuse. And narcissism. I think everyone maybe knows that? Idk.
Overall, damn, this is so sad. And so well written. And you should totally wait the 'several months' to get the audiobook from the library, listening to Jeannette McCurdy tell her own story really adds to the experience (and its pretty short).
