Cute. Definitely very cute. Some of them were creepier than others.

I enjoyed this book! It had a variety of stories ranging from comedic to more scary. I feel like I would have genuinely been terrified of some of these when I was a kid but now I find them purely enjoyable. The illustrations were disturbing and to me the scariest part of the book. I do think it did well to immerse you in the stories. I would recommend.

I remember reading this trilogy when I was younger. This started my love for scary stories and movies.

I read them slowly and creepily which helped the stories be more scary but.. I didn't enjoy most stories. They ended too quick and just... ugh I cant explain

Reread this book for old times sake since I checked it out at least once a month for all of middle school.
Will be purchasing for my kids when I have them.

As always, these books continue to bring back memories from elementary school. Reading them before the movie comes out to my boyfriend who did not read them when he was a child has been a fun way to bond over old memories and allow him to get a feel for my life as a child.
