Well damnit if i didn't completely fall for this book. At some points i didn't even want to finish it. But it got me.
At first I was wishing this would have been a more challenging read, but sometimes all you need is an easy story about a grumpy old man and his cat.
Ugh, I cannot finish this book. I hate Ove so much. He's such an asshole that it hurts me to read chapters about him. There is literally no redeeming occurrence which would make me feel that it was anything but a hackneyed story ending. In fact, I read the Wikipedia plot summary and was like "yeah, no, that's contrived just to be redemptive, and I am not reading this book anymore."
