As much as I enjoy reading these DC comic compilations, I will say, this one definitely wasn’t my favourite. Some of the vignettes are stronger than others—The Flash, Sgt Rock, and Wonder Woman & Batman to name a few—and, while I enjoyed the fact that they increased the number of stories featured (giving you more bang for your buck), you’re also given fewer pages a dedicated to each, so the stories suffer more than usual.

I did very much appreciate that they included a more well rounded cast of characters, like Swamp Thing, Sgt Rock, Constantine, and Deathstroke. And the addition of the classic mini story, The Silent Night of the Batman, was also a nice touch. Definitely worth the money, just with a few caveats to keep in mind.

A lighthearted, heartwarming, uplifting and most importantly, inspiring (I'm running out of adjectives here) collection of Christmas-themed stories featuring DC characters.

The problem with most anthologies is the inconsistency of quality between the stories, and this one is no exception. Some story felt rushed, probably due to the page limitations, and some felt like it didn't really have a point to make. But overall, it had more good than bad, Max Landis' Superman story is the highlight for me, he's slowly becoming my favorite Superman writer.

Overall, another great entry to DC's Holiday Specials.

Hit and miss. I enjoyed the overall premise, but some stories were good, and others were just ok.
3.5/5, but rounding up because Batman actually smiles.
