Wow wow wow. Gorgeous, nostalgic, butterflies-in-the-stomach-worthy writing that I completely got lost in. Also, this book feels like a safe place to explore big feelings like regret and grief, which I found cathartic. However, a big thing that comes to light towards the end of the book — I just couldn’t get behind it. It didn’t feel as realistic as every other beautiful detail in the rest of the book, but I do understand it. Overall, still a wonderful read!

This felt a little childish and immature but most of the book does center around a romance between teenagers so that’s not surprising. May be a good fit for someone but I had a hard time rooting for this couple
