At first I was going to rate this a little lower. I didn’t really like the chapter that introduced Miss Lavendar, I thought initially it was just a story Anne was telling Diana. And I do think the ending for that character was a bit too sweet, but I did like how everything else wrapped up. I’ve heard Anne of the Island is better and I always like a school story so I’m looking forward to the next book.
