pretty sure goodreads recommended this because it just came out, not because i’d actually like it. read this slightly wine drunk on a plane - needed a zero brain cell book, and got exactly what i wanted. not sure i’d recommend if you're looking for something w substance (or more than a smooch), but it was cute & cozy. wild how determined emma was to become a hermit - especially w her hot handyman. but hey, gotta respect a girl w goals.

I enjoyed this story, although in many ways it was more a finding-oneself story for Emma than a true romance.
