I hate when I’m right about things (regarding the Hand and certain masked females), and now I’m definitely concerned about our good guys.

Love the writing. Love the characters. Love the world. Love the magic.
Love this book so hard, I didn't want it to end. My only regret is that I was too eager to jump right in and didn't bother to reread the earlier books, which would have made the experience even better.
Was so wonderful to go back to the world of different Londons and visit our favorite characters again. Lila is still such a badass, love her and kell together. Obviously wanted more spice. Kell did not have any magic, so had to learn how to use a sword like a regular human. But I was glad in the end Tes was able to fix him and repair his magic.
I loved the new characters. Tes was probs my favorite. The way she could see and touch the threads of magic to fix things was awesome. And I love her little dead pet owl vares named after Kell. Did she have a crush on him? I liked that she ended up on maris's floating market ship. Her relationship with the other Street rat Nero reminded me of kosica and lark.
Kosika was v interesting also, tho I was a bit confused by Hollands return. Was he actually alive? A saint? A ghost? How and why did Kosika get his power? Was it just because she stumbled upon him in the silver wood? Or did she have some innate power? I'm unclear about the nature of their relationship and whether or not it will get sexual as she presumably grows older than 14 or 15.
I also really like the queen as a new character. The way she was open about building a blended family with alucard and rye was really touching, and their daughter ren seemed v cute with how into animals she was. I love that the queen married not for the power but for the freedom to invent and do whatever she wants. I understand why Lila is so pissed off at the end when the priest stole the Queens golden cuffs which allowed alucards terrible brother to essentially steal lylas power. I wonder if the Queens quest for knowledge and inventions will ultimately lead her to become the villain in the next book.
Where did the door open to that Tea created at the end? What's happening in white London?
