Every book I've read from B. Celeste has brought me to tears, and this one was no exception! This book was such an emotional roller coaster, and I loved every minute of the ride. Caleb went through so much with his family and losing Raine, and Raine was just as depressed over losing Caleb. It hurt to see them go through all the angst and struggles, but once Raine opened up to Caleb and everything fell back into place, it was the perfect ending! Also, Leon and Caleb's dad were great side characters with such great advice about love and relationships!

I really liked the couple, but the story was filled with prolonged and unnecessary drama. The whole book lead to a specific conflict that I felt wasn’t worth it. It was too much drama for a minuscule health problem that could have been avoided if she were honest and communicative. Too much pain and heartbreak for no reason
