Thought-provoking. A very interesting view of a post apocalyptic world with emotional manipulation. Would recommend.

What is reality? What is curry?
Every time I watch Blade Runner, I ask myself “what is this about?” And while the book is different, I still found myself asking “what is this about?” Maybe it's me, not the book, but still 2 stars.
I came into the book after watching Blade Runner and being a fan of that. But I have to say that I prefer the movie over this book.
The ideas and settings are still pretty good in the book. I also like the characters in here as well, maybe even a little more than the movie. However, the book really starts to go downhill towards the end. Now I can see why Dick decided to include certain aspects of the ending but I feel like it could've been done much better and with much more cohesion. It just feels rushed, stitched together and confusing towards the end. Still most of the book was enjoyable so I'd give it like a 3.6/3.7 out of 10.

Since all we're capable of these days is reboots, i think the people deserve a new adaptation of this book where john david washington is deckard and r pats is isidore. I just think robert pattinson would be really convincing as "guy who would really prefer you not snip the legs off that spider thanks"
