simple yet thoughtful reflections on art from a guard working at the met for 10 years. what being surrounded by such works inspires in someone but also how it reflects outwards to inform a greater meaning about the people who are already in our lives and the people we have yet to meet. perfectly captures the awe of staring at a painting and wondering what the artist was thinking at the time, but also epitomizes the whole picture of what that piece of art signifies beyond the artist
