I was lucky enough to get a free copy of this book from the author through twitter. (Book reads).
It took a while for me to get into this however when I did I couldn't stop and finished the book in one sitting. And then re read it.
The title is aptly named as each if the short stories have a touch of supernatural about them. Such as someone being obliterated or dragons. The writing is quick and each story feels like it could continue, and be the idea for another story. Especially with the vampires.
It leaves you wanting more. But then you're taken in by the next story and again.
This was a great read for me as it's ignited my imagination to continue my own writing and with this collection of short stories it a great mental escape.
Look toward to seeing what else this author has created!
