I loved the longing and yearning that we got from Henry and Sylvia. It was stuck a great addition to this series. My favorite thing was probably how the author portrayed the highs and lows of parenthood. So much about Sylvia's relationships with her kids felt so real and raw. The emotions, uncertainty, and pain rang so true.
There was a small twist at the end that I found unrealistic and unnecessary, but it was late enough in the story that it didn't ruin it for me.
Overall, it was a wonderful story that I thoroughly enjoyed.

“You’re going to let me love you, and prove to you that we can build something so real and so strong, it’s unbreakable.”

This was a super cute romance. Friends to lovers excellence. I thoroughly enjoyed this but it wasn't the most amazing thing I have ever read.

Talk about all the feels with these two!!!! Henry and Sylvia has so much in common; they both were divorced with terrible exes. They were both trying to get their life back on track but couldn’t help falling for each other. He brought out the best in Sylvia and loved her kids dearly. Sylvia loved Henry but always placed her kids first. She had her moments and I loved when she would stand up to her terrible ex and I loved how Henry waited for her. The ending was beautiful because it was everything Henry always wanted.

Sylvia and Henry!

This book and this couple were everything you want in a romance. Melanie Harlow did such an amazing job expressing each characters thoughts, their fears, their happiness that the story sucked you in. She also gave you a tidbit on what's to come for the last sister, April. I loved this happily ever after for Sylvia, Henry and the kids.
