4.5 stars!
Such a beautiful love story. Melanie Harlow delivers yet again with this swoony, sexy, second chance at love romance. Unbreakable had the heart, the heat and the happily ever after Sylvia and Henry deserved.
Sylvia and Henry had combustible chemistry almost instantaneously. I love this couple. These characters are real and relatable. They've gone through so much causing them to connect on an emotional level and form a true friendship first.
Sylvia may be my new favorite Sawyer beating out Frannie slightly with her strength and her dedication to her kids. Having returned to Cloverleigh Farms after the humiliation of her husband's infidelity, she is determined to start over. All while being worried about how it all affected her children and whether they were okay.
Henry was a great hero. He was very sweet and patient and a little bit nerdy. But also crazy hot. His virility took me by surprise. Yes, I figured he would be sexy. He is a Harlow hero after all. However, Henry went from aww to whoa! (*fans self) real quick. I'm gonna be honest I am here for all of it!!
I really really enjoyed this book. It was a great addition to the Cloverleigh Farms series. I only wish I had more scenes with between Henry and the kids. Solely for the swoons. Other than that, perfection. I can't wait to see what's in store for April next.

I was so looking forward to this book! I love this series!!! However as much as I wanted to absolutely love it I just thought it was good. I felt like the whole storyline was rushed and jumped around a lot. I wanted to see Henry interact with the kids way more to make it more believable. I felt that there was lead up to things and then were just sort of skipped over. I will probably reread it again at a later date to see if I still feel the same way. I love Melanie Harlow so maybe it was just the mood I’m in that I feel this way about it! I will update my review when I reread.

If you’re anything like me, the blurb (both MCs are recently divorced, FMC is a single mother of two) would have not have sucked you in (I’m a bit meh about kids in romances), but OMG I FELT THIS BOOK SO DEEPLY. I was invested in Sylvia and Henry as individual characters from the first two chapters, and was literally tearing up as I listened to the audiobook while driving.
Their connection seemed quite believable (both sweet and spicy), and they were just like good people with (mostly) realistic problems? It managed to have this magically giddy ‘first love after what you thought was your first love’ feeling. I seriously did not think I would love this book so much.

I really wanted to know Sylvie’s story since the first book and how her HEA would be and I really fell in love with their story. I always enjoy Melanie’s books and this one didn’t disappoint... especially the steamy parts, Henry and Sylvie had an off charts chemistry and I loved how they healed each other in every aspect, and how she became a confident person in her own body.
I also enjoyed reading more about the previous couples, and now I can’t wait to read April’s story.

I liked this book, it was an easy quick read. But it could've been a 5 star read if Sylvia had been a little bit more mature or less self centered. Henry's cool tho.
