Really enjoyed this. Easy to read and all the voices felt very natural, which was impressive considering it had 8 POVs. I didnt think it was so much about gentrification but more the individual stories, challenges and ennui of these tenants that share an address. I really liked how they overlaid on top of each other while not feeling forced or culminating to some grand reveal.
