I think I would have liked this more if it hadn't been so hyped up. It's cute but overall nothing particularly special.

A wonderful, perfect book that I devoured in two sittings because I just couldn't put it down. Great meet-cute, great chemistry between the hero and heroine, believable conflict, top-notch sex scenes, and there were important conversations about race and prejudice in the book that really opened my eyes. 10/10 would recommend.

Ultimately cute! Some stuff was pretty cringe and I’m not 100000% sure on the chemistry between Drew and Alexa and some of their scenes were repetitive but cute!

THE WEDDING DATE: ⭐⭐⭐⭐/5.

Well wasn't this just the cutest romance story?! I had full intention on starting this sweet read today and finishing it on the drive to Ottawa tomorrow, but I just couldn't put it down! It was sweet, sexy and a fun read.

I liked that the story line included interracial relationships with a main character who LOVES to eat and a man who loves her for it. I love that it normalizes and praises interracial relationships (because let's be serious, it should never be considered abnormal - human is human) and it promotes positive body image from both the female and male perspective. Loved it!

A classic modern romance novel, a wonderful portrayal of a strong women meeting a weak playboy of a man. From casual ‘fun’ into a brooding romance. We see their romance develop and their understanding of love flourish.

5 ⭐️ Read, but I maybe bias?!

Yeah, Guillory and I need to chat. Alexa is so relatable, a little too relatable.

Am I Alexa ? Is Alexa, I ? LOL

This story made me happy, anxious, cry, and kinda think about my own dating life - woah! lol good read.
