I picked up this book to better understand the author’s perspective and the movement he represents. While I found the historical background and review of the Bill of Rights informative, I was hoping for a more balanced discussion. Much of the content reads as praise for Trump rather than a debate of ideas.
Some sections also felt inconsistent with current events. For example, the chapter on free speech has not aged well given the state of political discourse today. The book also highlights Trump as the only president to openly support LGBTQ rights upon entering office, which struck me as oversimplified; while technically accurate—as in not openly opposing it—his policies and appointments often suggested otherwise.
Five years later, the ideologies presented in this book do not seem to align with the policies or realities we are experiencing now. Overall, the book provides insight into the author’s worldview, but I was looking for a more critical and nuanced exploration of the issues.

Very insightful book about what does and can make America great again. This nation is in desperate need of revival and that begins with Jesus, not politics, always remember that. This book gives you a glimpse as to what this maga movement is all about. Five stars!

A good little overview of the policies of President Trump, Bill of Rights, Constitution, as well as a great little history lesson on how things were prior to 2016.
Only thing I didn’t just love… & I love Kirk, but I wish it didn’t feel so much like a “look at me!” love letter to President Trump & Jr.

Don't judge me for reading this. Work colleague wanted me to see things from "the right's" point of view. But this book was rough in it's cheap shots taken at people and poorly fact checked statistics. It didn't make a great argument for supporting the right or Trump.
