Review for Shear Heaven by Katy Regnery

If I didn't know beforehand that this was a novella, I NEVER would've guessed. Shear Heaven made me a complete MESS. Not only was it a modern retelling of Rapunzel, but also combined with Romeo and Juliet. The love between Nico and Bella was so POWERFUL it brought tears to my eyes. I don't re-read books, but I might have to re-read Shear Heaven until Katy graces us with her next Fairytale.

I read an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

I love this anthology. It's all based around bad boy royalty, but the stories are all pretty original to me and nice and short. So what I did was between other books I would read one or two stories from this one. Really recommend this, there's something for everyone if you like your stories hot and with just a little bit of kink thrown in to the mix!

Royally mine is an anthology of sexy bad boy royals and contain a mixture of FM and MFM groupings as well as some kink but all very hot.

This review is for Royally Screwed by Alexis Alvarez. This is a novella that contains an FM couple with kink and dominance, however Henri is the most polite and sincere Dom I have read of Alexis to date and he just kind of makes you all warm and fuzzy inside despite his sometimes arrogant and irritating attitude.

I just loved the interactions between Henri and Maya. Maya is just as independent, prickly and stubborn and the banter between the two just adds to their scorching chemistry and makes for a very entertaining read. So much so, I would love to see more of these two or continue on with more members of Henris royal family.

The quality of the stories was all over the place. I grabbed this solely because Molly O'Keefe had an entry in it, and she did not disappoint.

A mix of good and bad, like any anthology. The Susan Stoker story (the reason I was so excited for the book!) was great! It combined what I love about Stoker with the smutty enjoyment of Alexa Riley. Win-Win!
