My 2nd Jodi Picoult book. I love her writing style and this book kept my interest right up to the confusing ending.
Really good all the way through, the ending was a little disappointing compared to her other books though.
I liked this book but it was a little different then the author's usually books. It kept me interested from the moment I picked it up and it just kept getting better.

I adored this book. Really loved it. Although, I wish I had read it before Change of Heart. There are some characters in Change of Heart who are also in Keeping Faith and some of the suspense was lost because I already knew what happened.
But on the whole, I loved it. The idea that faith, beliefs, spirituality, love and family can transcend religions and groups is very exciting.

This is one of my favorite Jodi Picoult books! In addition to her terrific character development and story-weaving, the divorce and custody battles of one family intertwine with the unusual reappearance of stigmata. (Stigmata can occur in a variety of ways, but is always the physical evidence of Jesus' passion on the cross.) While stigmata is generally considered a Catholic phenomenon, the book also includes the perspective of Jewish rabbis and even atheists. This is not a religiously controversial book, but, as with all of her books, it is tremendously interesting.
The "what if" question:
What if your child, who is part of a non-practicing Jewish family, suddenly shows signs of experiencing stigmata?
