Another fascinating Jodi Picoult novel! I love the different viewpoints she uses, and she tells a great, thought provoking story.

It was a letdown as I had read it would be, but I had to try anyway.

It was a good story, but I am still confused with the ending, I am not sure I liked it..

I actually have taken this book out of the library twice, and both times quit because I was so bored. Sorry, I gave up!

Another great page-turner from Picoult. Although the ending (as usual) is a little unsatisfying, it's better than most of her endings, and therefore forgivable! :)

First off, I want to say that people who started reading this book, didn't get very far, stopped reading, and then left a crappy review should be disregarded. I am currently reading 'The Help' and it took me two weeks to "get into" the book and look at its ratings on this website!

I thought 'Keeping Faith' was good, so I'm surprised by a lot of the reviews that I read below me. It definitely is not my favorite by Picoult, but people are harsh! I don't know if maybe it's because the book brings religion into the mix, which always seems to bring out the most vibrant opinions, but something's got to give.

Some people say that "too many questions were left unanswered," but I don't really see that. The book ends with an unclear answer as to whether or not Faith's guard still exists, but that's about it.

Overall, I really was not disappointed with the book! I didn't feel that I wasted my time reading it and I have already recommended it to several friends. :-)

This was the first Jodi Picoult book I’ve ever read and I really enjoyed it! I had to set it down multiple times because I was so irritated by the characters/plot but it was a good irritated that meant I was invested. Realistic characters, pretty satisfying ending, overall very good I’ll definitely read again!

Very little plot and un-engaging, one dimensional characters

I love Jodi Picoult, and I actually loved reading this book... but I expected something more and I'm not sure I completely understood the ending. I can't stand when that happens.

I love stories that are so detailed and so well planned out that I almost don't realize I'm reading fiction. That's exactly what Jodi Picoult did with Keeping Faith.

My first thought as I cracked open the book was that I didn't understand how the concept of a young girl seeing God could be "dragged out" for 420 pages. But I had severely underestimated Picoult's ability to tackle the concept from every angle, from the girl's family to the Catholic church to the media.

The only downside to the story was that every now and then, Faith would do or say something that I couldn't imagine any seven-year-old doing or saying. But then again, most seven-year-olds wouldn't act as prophets and healers, so I tried to let those small things go as I was immersed in this great story.
