Ich fand es äußerst lehrreich und interessant. Muss aber zugeben, dass ich die Übungen nicht durchgeführt habe, aber durchgelesen habe ich mir alles. Ich fand es auch sehr spannend sich selbst und auch Bekannte oder Freunde in den verschiedenen beschriebenen Verhaltensmustern wiederzufinden.
Das Buch motivierte zumindest mich an mir selbst zu arbeiten, vor allem im Bezug auf Zwischenmenschliches.

This by far is the best book that I've read this year. So many mental insights that are easily digestible. Rooted in psychotherapy. Very few books have a strong influence on us. This one is one such. I've always felt fortunate enough to have read and implemented the techniques of the CBT book - Feeling Good by Dr. David Burns. It brought a step change in me (Not just a gradual change).

I'm looking forward to implementing techniques from the current book as well and I'm hopeful to see some growth. It created awareness around self-coping strategies that are outdated and counterproductive. It talked about self-reflection strategies to counter the established unhelpful behavior and underlying beliefs.

I wrote this review right after finishing the book. I want to see if I feel the same way after some days of reflection.
